You will find all the questions below.

Cots are provided free of charge, but you must let us know you will need one before you arrive.

The apartment layout does not allow additional beds to be provided, the maximum occupation is three or six, depending on the apartment type.

Every apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, including: Dolce Gusto coffee maker, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine.

Towels and bedsheets are changed every three days at the Cliper Apartments by Park Hotel San Jorge.

Yes, they have reception on site (variable schedules). Our staff will contact you a few days before your arrival to find out what time you will arrive.

If you arrive outside the reception hours of the apartments, you can check in online, or at the Park Hotel San Jorge, which has a 24-hour reception and is located just 2km from the Cliper apartments (Avinguda Andorra 28 – 17252 Calonge).

There is no cleaning service in the flats during the guests' stay.

Guests are assured that they will be given a completely disinfected flat and that no one will enter (except on request) during their stay.

A cleaning service can be requested at an additional cost on arrival at the flats. 

If you are staying with us for several nights and would like to request a change of sheets / towels, no problem! Contact our staff and we'll make it easy for you.

The televisions do not have Smart TV features or USB ports.

The flats must be left clean, tidy and free of rubbish, as indicated at the entrance and on the information sign on the inside of the entrance door. If the flat is not left in optimal conditions, a cleaning charge of 60 € up to 200 € will be made.

We ask for a 200 euro deposit that will be returned once we have checked that there is no damage in the apartment. The deposit must be paid by credit card.

Yes, there is 24-hour video-surveillance.

We offer a private parking service just a few metres from the flats for the convenience of our guests. This service is available at an additional cost. For more information about rates and availability, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Without a doubt the most recommended option and the one our guests prefer.

 

There is also a public car park in the market square. Please be aware that on Fridays, market day, this free car park is not available.

There is also a blue zone in the vicinity of the flats.

We are sorry, we do not accept pets.

You can check in after 4:00 p.m. and check out up to 10:00 a.m.

Check-in can be done in two ways: either in person at the reception of the Park Hotel San Jorge, or online by filling out some documents and making the online payment.
